My name is Rita Perry and as a new salon owner, I am excited to begin this next endeavor of my life and career. Creating something of my own that will reflect what I represent in my professional life as well as personal mindset and way of living. This career has allowed me to create my own schedule as well as meet some incredible people who have shown me so much love and support throughout the years. I have been a hairstylist for 21 years. I absolutely love my job and encountering all walks of life who sit in my chair makes for quite the opposite of mundane. Watching someone shriek with excitement is the most fulfilling part of all. I enjoy those beautiful souls who dare to dig deep below the surface chatter.

I have many interests outside of work. Hiking is a passion of mine as was my father’s who instilled it in me. I enjoy many outdoor activities all year long as well as watching movies or curling up with a good book. I love playing musical duets with my mother and other musicians. Gardening in the summer is satisfying and therapeutic, trial and error is my approach to a green thumb. Cooking is also a passion of mine and the challenge of creating something new that is plant based and delicious is fun and exciting. Traveling is another love of mine and takes me outside my comfort zone. Exploring new endeavors keeps me interested in life and I will never stop. I want to remain open to new ideas and keep love and compassion in the background of it all.
